RingOrbit is a telemarketing and BPO agency offering outbound campaigns, appointment setting, customer support, and back-office services. As a new agency entering a competitive outsourcing market, they needed a site that made them look established, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready from day one. I designed and built the entire marketing site end to end, and set up their professional email infrastructure alongside it.
Scope of Work
The challenge was credibility.
A new BPO agency has to convince businesses to hand over their customer relationships, and that trust has to be earned in seconds. The site needed to feel like an established operation, not a startup's first page.

I designed and built the full site end to end.
From the first frame to the deployed product, I handled the design, the build, and the launch, so there was no handoff gap between how it looked and how it actually worked.
Clear service architecture.
I structured the site around RingOrbit's core offerings, outbound campaigns, appointment setting, support, and back-office, so a visiting business could immediately understand what they do and where they fit.

Beyond the website.
I also set up their professional email infrastructure, configuring Google Workspace with DNS, DKIM, and DMARC records through Cloudflare, giving them reliable, secure, business-grade email from launch.
Solving problems before they were asked.
Working closely with their team, I anticipated technical needs they hadn't flagged yet and handled the integrations cleanly, so the whole thing shipped as a finished, working product.

The result:
a fast, professional, fully deployed site that positions RingOrbit as a serious outsourcing partner, backed by proper email infrastructure and built to grow with them.
