Welcome to nomansadi.com (the "Site"), the personal portfolio and professional website of Noman Sadi ("I", "me", "my"), a design engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

This Site showcases my work and services in design and development. Information here about my services, process, or pricing is for general guidance only and is not a binding offer on its own.

2. Using this Site

You agree to use this Site lawfully, and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or try to access it in ways it isn't intended to be used.

3. Services and Engagements

Any work I take on is agreed separately and in writing before it begins. That separate agreement, covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost, governs our working relationship, not this Site. My work can include design and development, such as UI/UX design, web development, brand and product design, and related services, defined per project.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site, including designs, text, layout, code, and projects shown, is my work or is displayed with the permission of the relevant client. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse it without my written permission. Client work shown here remains the property of the respective clients, and is displayed for portfolio purposes with their consent.

5. Client Work and Confidentiality

When we work together, any files, credentials, or business information you share with me are kept confidential and used only to deliver that work. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you as agreed in our project terms. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site may link to external websites or tools I don't own or control, such as social profiles or a booking service. I'm not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. No Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available." I do my best to keep it accurate, secure, and working, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. For paid work, any liability is limited to the fees paid for that specific project.
