LetsTalk is a psychotherapy and life-coaching practice offering therapy, counseling, and mental health support across Bangladesh, both in-person in Dhaka and online.
They needed a platform that felt warm and safe rather than clinical, while handling real complexity: multiple therapists, a wide range of conditions, appointment booking, and a private self-assessment tool. I designed and built the full site, and developed a custom WordPress plugin to power a feature the platform couldn't do out of the box.
Scope of Work
The challenge was trust, at scale.
A mental health platform has to feel safe and personal, but also organize a lot: multiple therapists, twelve condition areas, six service types, and a booking flow that doesn't feel intimidating to someone already anxious. The design had to hold all of that without feeling cold or overwhelming.
I designed and built the full platform.
Built on WordPress with a custom, warm visual identity, structured around the practice's services, specialties, and team, with appointment booking, therapist matching, and WhatsApp support wired in throughout.
The custom plugin.
The platform needed a private self-assessment tool (a Depression Scale) that WordPress and off-the-shelf plugins couldn't handle the way the practice required, including a secure flow from an anonymous visitor into a booked session. I built a custom WordPress plugin from scratch to power it.
Design that lowers the barrier.
Every choice, the soft palette, the gentle copy, the step-by-step "what to expect" flow, was made to reduce the anxiety of reaching out for help. The interface does emotional work, not just functional work.
A full information architecture.
Twelve condition pages, six service pages, individual therapist profiles, blog, FAQ, and a multi-step booking system, all organized so a first-time visitor in distress can find exactly what they need in a few clicks.
The result:
A complete, live mental health platform that feels human, handles real operational complexity, and does something standard tools can't, thanks to a custom plugin built specifically for how this practice works.
